Property should be fully paid and not under mortgage and with no encumbrances

Property should have the following specifications:

Clean title either TCT or CCT

Vacant house & lot (Residential, Commercial, Industrial or Agricultural Land with improvement)

Vacant or occupied condominium units
-
With at least 60 square meter area for house & lot only
-
No minimum square area requirement for condominium
-
Located within Metro Manila, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan and Batangas
